Hey gang! It's been a while since I've felt the stage, and unfortunately I wasn't able to audition for Miracle, nor will I be readily available for any behind the scenes work. Just wanted to say hello and tell you that I miss you all and the least that I can do during this busy season is come out and support your work during Miracle's live performances, as I know there will be great talent under Chris's direction. Have fun during rehearsals, and I look forward to seeing you all soon!! Pete

I have noted over the past few years that Muriel Halloran and Kathleen Halloran have been involved in several productions together. And I noted that Alfred Fortier and Kathleen have done several productions together as well. I was just wondering if they were realted to one another, or if they are all really good friends. They seem to work well together from what I've seen in productions and seem to enjoy working with the people invovlved with the productions. Anyway I was just curious. And I was also wondering if anyone can audition for your shows.

Raphael and Nicole, What an amazing resource the two of you are in your continual updating of this web-site. Many people are definitely using this site more and more, evidence the 115 hits yesterday and the 192 predicted for today. Many are anxiously awaiting the posting of the "Annie" cast list, but they are also using the Guest Book and the Discussion Page to express their opinions and concerns.I am sure that others find the information available very useful and the whole site is so user friendly. BRAVO! Many thanks from all of us involved with ERC and all who use our web-site.

A cast list will be made available on this website within the next week or so. Let me also take this opportunity to suggest the Discussion board on this website for questions and discussions. It’s easier to leave questions there and to also read answers that others may post. You can also send feedback with the Feedback form and get a response from the relevant person. Thank you

I would also like to thank the entire Cross Family for opening their home and as always, their hearts to fellow lovers of the theatre. I had a great time roaming around the house and being with others who share my love for the theatre. The whole "My Fair Lady" experience was wonderful and will always hold a special place in my heart. I would also like to say that I got an e-mail from Kelly and she tells me that she has finally gotten her lines down, LOLOL. Just kidding Kelly, I had a ball teasing you. I look forward to working or maybe playing is a better word, with all of you again! See you all hopefully on June 10th.

Loved the Chorus Line DVD! You guys did such an amazing job..which got me to thinking I have to buy it. I had nothing to do with the show but it's worth $25 to see Roger performing At the Ballet and Candice's montage. Not to mention Fred and his Swedish Fish obsession. I think I got an ab workout from laughing so hard at the Behind the Line portion. Great work! And check out Raphael's entry. He's so poetic! Do I hear Leaves of Grass II in the future? Very nice. Oh... and I still miss everyone very much. 'sniff' 'sniff' Let's have a cast party every Sunday! No? OK then.Until we meet again. P.S. And thanks to everyone who helped compile my People on Toilets collection. I told everyone to watch out at the cast party and as a result I have 20 new pictures of everyone on the john. Wee hoo!

Monday, May 17, 2004

I honestly cannot beguin to tell you how much enjoyment and love we experienced while doing My Fair Lady. Nicole and I will miss the warm-ups ( OO EE OO EE AAH ) from Derek, as well as the camaraderie we felt with everyone. Thank you so much for allowing us to be part of that, and we are looking forqward eagerly to auditioning again for Encore Rep. Joe O'Donnell and Nicole Holmes

Raphael
Monday, May 17, 2004

I'll always enjoy watching those with the gifts you all have. Being able to be see and experience how everyone interacts and come together to produce a wonderful show that makes people laugh and cry, is a prize in itself. It is like having a moving canvas in front of you while you walk through a marvelous gallery of art. And like a multi-dimensional universe displaying itself to the viewer. It is also so interesting to see the different personalities mix and match with each other, and make up stories and recorded moments that everyone can share for a long-long time. Thank you to everyone at the ERC for injecting and maintaining a passion, an everlasting fuel that everyone arrives with, and leaves with again...

Thursday, May 13, 2004

Encore rocks! My Fair Lady was great and was wowed by the staging of Roger Macdonald. The excellent performances of the main characters were equal only to the ensemble which performed wonderfully in the background harmonies. I'm EXTREMELY excited for Annie in which i will be trying out for. I can't wait! Once again, excellent job to the cast of My Fair Lady, Much Love, Baby Gorgone

Roger MacDonald
Thursday, May 13, 2004

Once again Encore Repertory Company has shown the talent and commitment to entertainment that presides in and around Woonsocket. This production of "My Fair Lady" was a signal to the community that quality theatre can be attained in places other than Providence and Boston. Everyone involved in this production, both cast and crew, should be proud of what they accomplished. As a group you have shown that "Community Theatre", as practiced by Encore Repertory Company, is really "Quality Theatre".

Wednesday, May 05, 2004

Cast and crew and administration, this is a part of a note I got from someone who came to see the show. You all should be proud that the show was so well done. "The show was very good. I told Terry that I felt I had just seen a professional show in Boston without the high ticket price or the trouble parking." Haow's that for an awesome compliment. This is from someone who has acted and directed herself. Just thought you may like to know.

Hi Tom, Good to hear from you, keep us informed on what you are up to in the acting world. Thanks for your compliments. It always a pleasure to hear from former Encore Rep performers who have gone on to successfully pursue their dreams in the world of theatre. It a good feeling to know that we have had a part in helping you on your way. Keep in touch.

Cool! I'm the fourth person in Encore history to post my comments. And my comment is this... Stay off the road - I can drive now!!! Encore is the best! :)

Tom Lavallee (Harvey Johnson/Guard)
Friday, April 16, 2004

I would just like to say that I'm very happy that I was able to start my acting career with Encore back in 2000 with Bye Bye Birdie. It helped me jumpstart it with my entrance into college and further on to becoming a professional performer in Newport, RI with the Newport Playhouse. I'm very impressed with the look of the new website and do plan to make it up to Woonsocket one of these days to see a show in my former 2nd home.
